[sldev] Cmake - Vs2003

Just a quick question has anyone had any success building viewers with the
new cmake setup on Vs2003 ? I have managed to build and run some very very
badly borked viewers using the new system, but the wiki is horrendously poor
and misleading information wise and the results im getting from the builds
is unsatisfactory to say the least.
Is the preferred system Vs2005 or 2008 now? Regards K
