Zha talked to Eben Moglen, principle author of the GPLv3 some time ago, 
and she says he's interested in conducting or at least sponsoring 
in-world meetings on the issues of privacy, virtual ownership, etc., in 
virtual worlds.

I think whatever venues arise out of those discussions will be the best 
place to go for discussions on those topics.
