[sldev] Compiling/VS2003: Where is develop.py ?

On the wiki page for VS2003...

It says:

"Go into the indra folder, and run the develop.py script."


There is no develop.py for 1.19.1.4 as far as I can determine. A
search of the entire source tree turns up nothing.

Should I be running one of those 20 or so batch files now, instead?
