[sldev] Scripting projects priority survey

It is probably worth noting that with C# comes several new capabilities
we don't have at all, just a couple off the top of my head are proper
data types (arrays, maps) and pass by reference. On a
new-feature-not-possible-before-per-project weighting, I'm pretty sure
allowing C# ranks at the top and probably by a very large margin. It is
just a matter of how important those features are *to you* compared to
the others, which is the point of the survey. :D

It is of course perfectly fine to discuss the proposed projects here -
just keep in mind that discussion here is not going to be aggregated in
the survey results. The survey is also obviously only one point of data
to be used in setting our priorities - but a pretty valuable one.
