[sldev] [VWR] Scale not sticking

I worked a little more on my message dump. The results are here...

http://www.vengeancestudio.com/test/vlog00002.txt

To get that file, I created my two-prim object, turned on my message dumper
with a filter to only show *object* messages, made the resize, saw it snap
back, turned off the message dumper.

I don't know how to decode the ImprovedTerseObjectUpdate messages, and I'm
not sure it's worth the effort since I don;t even know if any of them are
for the object I'm working with. Each time I run this I get different
ImprovedTerseObjectUpdates, and sometimes I don't get them at all between
the time I resize the object and the time it snaps back.

It looks like the MultipleObjectUpdate is being encoded correctly, and it
looks like the ObjectUpdateCached results in no action.
