Its not there, looks like it got missed in the swapping from internal
to public SVN

I don't have a build_mozilla/linden.patch all i have in the way of
patches is build_mozilla/linden_updates.patch and looking through this
it does not seem to contain any code that will generate the required
interface.

Could this be another missing file in the svn?

Also this is probably the death of my use the system xulrunner
approach now too. :-(
