I can see residents using a new SL Ambient Audio UI, to sequence loops for
emersion, using open source audio content streams. An SL UI is needed for
residents to create a palette of Freesound repository streams to customize
for their land.

I would prefer no wind at all to the excessive only wind sound most
singularly consistent. Wind is fine in moderation with a mixture of other
environmental sounds. The wind only sound creates a dour windy desolate
metaverse mood. At least would be helpful for an option where land owners
may toggle off that wind ambience until more realistic total experience
sound weather moods can be assimilated.
