I think what you want is

http://svn.secondlife.com/svn/linden/previews/Branch_1-19-1-Viewer-RC0

or

http://svn.secondlife.com/svn/linden/branches/Branch_1-19-1-Viewer

Try one of those, first should be snap shot of the actual RC 0 , second
is the head (as it were) of the 1.19.1 branch.

Branching process is all under heavy reorganisation by Soft ATM, where
did you get the original address from, was it the wiki?
