[sldev] 1.19.1 is horribly broken

Anyone using the new 1.19.1 RC client who has managed to stop fawning over web-on-a-prim for a few minutes, is probably aware of the showstopper bug with attachments:

But I personally have a bigger issue.

This appeared in the second-last release of windlight, before it was rolled into 1.19.1. Was marked fix pending.

Now there seems to have been some attempt to fix it, because it's now different. But it's not better. Particles in 1.19.1 are now FAR worse than in the last release of windlight, which itself was far worse than normal. This completely destroys my latest product, as the picture I added shows.

I have to say this is one of the worst client releases I've ever seen :(
