[sldev] Building 1.19.1

What method are you using to build? I'm thinking that it may be the fact 
that I'm using VS 2008 and that the boost build for the viewer is still 
at vc-80 vs vc-90.
I'm working on building boost to msvc-90 to see if I can incorporate 
that into 1.19.1 and get it to compile. Boost doesn't officially support 
MSVC 9.0 yet so I'm not sure it will work either.
maybe I need to build using another method.
