Great idea Robin - putting together a cmake script is on my list of 
things to do as well but I haven't had chance yet. It would also be 
useful for Windows developers using MSVC8 or later - I'm still using 7 
so I need help when making changes to the project/solution files.

If you make any progress, let me know and maybe we can pair on it.
