I already blanked or moved most of the bad "Linden Lab Internal ID"
data. (I skipped the closed issues since they would involve reopening
and re-closing the issues, which might be bad for other purposes.)
The LLID fields let Linden Lab know the corresponding number in their
internal private JIRA.  They should pretty much all be "DEV-####" or
"SL-####", so the ones which Gigs found are not valid keys. You can
edit the LLID field on the "advanced" tab on the edit page
(http://jira.secondlife.com/secure/EditIssue!default.jspa?key=_____).
