Wait, are you referring to the agreement anyone who contributes to ll's dev
efforts has to sign?  If you are then I'm sure LL has left themselves a way
out so that they can alter the agreement when they want (I'm no lawyer but
from my experiences as a consumer and sometimes tester that seems to be
normally the case) in which case it would be up to LL and their lawyer team
to do something to resolve this... if they so wish.
