But we have that for a long time, and I don't see what's amiss with the
existing abuse report system. I have filed some myself (mostly griefers)
and found it easy to use, and the reaction was swift. If there is some
truly illegal content, then we don't need a threshold value composed of
N flags or whatever. One report is enough to trigger investigation and
action if found necessary.
