[sldev] slviewer, gcc-4.3 and scons >= 0.98

Hi,

I succeeded in building with gcc-4.3 and scons 0.98. Turns out, that
scons didn't like TMP_BUILD_DIR to be set to "/" - mmh. There was
another missing include later, so I attach two patches, which make
1.20.5 compile (and run) for me. Maybe these can be applied to the
branch (I don't like jira).
