[sldev] CMake update

We're on the verge of merging the cmake work into our release (trunk) 
branch.  This will probably happen at the end of this week, or maybe the 
beginning of next.

During the final stages of development, we added build support for 
Visual Studio 2008.  As far as I know, it should work on both XP and 
Vista.  I also fixed and closed out all of the reported JIRA bugs 
against the cmake branch.

The one thing we haven't had cycles for is testing release candidates of 
CMake 2.6.0.  If some kind soul wants to give it a whirl, please let us 
know how it goes.

I don't expect there to be any significant changes in the coming week.
