[sldev] iPhone/iPod Touch as a Second Life I/O device

An interesting approach, doing all rendering on a remote server and
just streaming 2D video to the client.

Alas it requires logging in via proxy, and the remote server must be
trusted with knowing your login and password, doing actions for you
via the phone interface.
