[sldev] Thoughts regarding "OS X Panther support"

Another problem with supporting Windows 2000 and other older O/S, is that 
other companies such as Apple have stopped supporting it, which causes 
issues like http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-5198 that leaves Windows 
2000 users vulnerable to bugs and exploits in plugins like Quicktime.
