[sldev] Changing "small" priority on JIRA

Hi folks,

We'd like to change the text of "small" priority on JIRA to reflect an 
equivalent of our internal "someday maybe" resolution.  We realize that 
"someday maybe" might not be the best choice of words for this, but we 
also don't want to sugar coat our response into obscurity, either.  I 
think it's important in the interest of transparency to make it clear 
when we've considered an issue, but don't believe that we should our 
roadmap in the foreseeable future.  Keeping the issue open lets voting 
still happen and keeps it in a state where we can reconsider the decision.

What's currently on the table is "Small - Not Currently Planned".  Sound 
good?
