One question and a comment:
 
What is QAR-nnn ?
 
Given the longer release cycle, I would urge LL to consider getting the UI for switching skins in sooner rather than later (preferably within the 1.20 RC cycle), and to seriously consider shipping with multiple skins (at least one darker as well as a bright skin).
