[sldev] Jira cleanup, giving pjira a little loving

I know exactly what you mean. There is a limit on IMs where they start to cap, however I am not sure when objects begin to cap. I can tell you on a no copy item, it simply vanishes, much like items above 768 meters used to during a sim restart (gee, i hope they fixed that with the new build ceiling.) As a result I try to urge people to IM me instead of offering notecards, as offline IM to Emails *never* cap.
This does bring up a problem I have, is searching for an issue can sometimes bring up thousands of entries, most of which aren't even remotely related. It makes finding existing entries very hard, and leads to even more duplicated entries.
I tried to find a related entry, and couldn't find one, feel free to create one and it will get my vote. :)
