I think that that is the first place it would go. The current viewer is 
a mass of messes. Trying to figure out which GUI elements, which avatar 
behaviors, etc., to expose is, well, kinda daunting.

I could see a redesigned viewer based ONLY on the new protocols, with an 
all new interface, being an easier thing to design scripting for  than 
the current viewer.
