It is, in a good way, Dazzle rethemed to dark organic please? ;)

Being serious though, I totally agree with Soft, this is needless  
duplication. Why not just make the parcel location display editable  
for navigation? If we're going to think web metaphors your browser  
doesn't have a separate display of the current URL as well as the nav  
bar. The project objective is to simplify navigation, not add more  
screen clutter.
