[sldev] Code Dusting

 I have stared a patch for the login panel, et. al. to make the hard coded
grids in the viewer (aditi, agni, etc) dynamic lookup rather then enums
against a static array and to allow the loading of alternate grids from a
grids.xml file located in user_settings, if found. Please comment with your
notions/concerns regarding implementation.
