[sldev] User Experience discussion list

Hi all,

 

I've had many requests to create a mailing list where Residents can discuss
user experience issues, such as UI design, usability, new features, etc.
Please add your thoughts and suggestions regarding such a list here:

Barring strong negative feedback, I'll create the new list early next week.
