[sldev] Bots, obstacle navigation code - making a more friendly island...

The obstacle navigation is rather simple to do using sim autodrive,
hold an array of co-ordinates somewhere and use sim autodrive. I'm
unsure what you're using to implement your bots, but there's a
specific message which triggers this.
