Its listed as variable 2, so yeah, 2 bytes for the length. Not sure what 
the bytes at the end would be> Might ask John Hurliman/Eddy Stryker if 
he's worked with it in libmov, or contact Tess Linden on IRC or at one 
of the AWG/ office hours about it.
