The viewer message template is not necessarily the same as the server
message template, so this will happen on occasion, especially with
Release Candidate build. The script is telling you that the viewer's
template is of a later generation than the server's. At some point
we'll update the master message template during a server deploy and then
this will go away..... until the next change!
