Doesn't matter. There's plenty of people using 32-bit operating  
systems on 64-bit boxes. And while you can get a decent video card for  
maybe fifty bucks:

* A retail copy of Windows lists for over $100.
* It's *yech* Vista.
* Even if it was XP, *yech*.

Windows 2000 was the last decent version of Windows, and it's 32-bit.
