[sldev] internal browser crashes 1.21.6 OS build

I'm having a problem with the internal browser in my 1.21.6 OS build here on
Windows Vista. Opening links in the internal browser (for example, typing
http://google.com in chat and clicking it loads the page fine), but if I
click any link in the internal browser with a querystring (&) the viewer
crashes. This doesn't happen in the official compiled 1.21.6 build.

My repro:
- Set default to use the internal browser
- Type http://www.google.com into chat and click it.
- Click "privacy" at the bottom of the page.
* Observe: page loads fine.
- Click "Advanced Search"
* Viewer crashes.

The URLs that crash my viewer work fine when I type them into chat and click
them. It's only when clicked in the internal browser that my viewer crashes.

Has anyone else seen this? Or know what's up? I've cleaned my solution,
redownloaded the source/artwork/libs and tried again from scratch, but same
crash.

moment unpopular. We can deny our heritage and our history, but we cannot
