[sldev] Anybody still getting JIRA-notify e-mails?

The jira-notify mailing list was broken, but fixed early this morning. 
The problem was specifically with the jira-notify mailing list, which
gets notified upon every single change in public issues on
jira.secondlife.com:
https://lists.secondlife.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/jira-notify

It's a pretty high volume list normally.

Watchlists and other individual mails were unaffected by this problem.
