[sldev] strange behaviour of cmake on Windows

I guess so too.

I have no idea why so.  I just cd to a directory, and ran as "python
develop.py -GVC80".  So I assume develop.py and/or cmake somehow find
full pathname for those two directories in different ways, causing a
different path names.  If so, it seems a bug of either develop.py or
cmake.

What should I do then?
