[sldev] Setting Windlight through Estate parameters

Hello all,

Yesterday I have released a new feature to the custom viewer I  
maintain : the ability to control someone's Windlight settings through  
a script. This allows a land owner to make the visitor (who is using  
my viewer and a "relay" attachment) see the place exactly the way they  
want and not being able to change.

I think it was a popular request for the regular SL viewer, is it  
still worked on ? Of course I reckon it is far more complicated to  
update the server code to add LSL functions (llSetWindlightParams([])  
or such), and update the viewers to compile them and actually make  
weather change when requested and upon relog, than to merely obey a  
special chat message like I did.

There is certainly a JIRA feature request but I can't access it from  
here to check. Is there a chance for it to hit release in 1.22 ? Or  
maybe later ?
