[sldev] Re: cmake: "could not create named generator" with VS 2008 Express (v9)

 OK, built, run, and get this error:

ERROR: LLAppViewer::initConfiguration: Cannot load default configuration
file
c:\BUILD\SL\linden\indra\build-VC90\newview\app_settings\settings_files.xml

But the file is there and is valid XML.
Repeatable.
