[sldev] New page in Wiki for gathering thoughts about IM interop

In the last couple of Zero office hours / AWG meetings people've started 
to bring up ideas about how group IM can best work scalably in OGP.  If we 
do a good enough job here, it might even help LL fix group chat in SL.  :) 
 I've put up a Wiki page to gather thoughts here:

and I've filled in a very skeletal structure of the thoughts that I 
retained from the last couple of discussions.  Everyone is urged to read 
and contribute, as always...
