[sldev] Help compiling

[Andromeda Quonset]

I found where somebody had made the binaries available, so I used them.
I still have 2 files that won't compile.  I don't know if the problem 
lies in errors in the files themselves,
or if some dependency is still not being met.
I attempted to summarize what I was seeing, gave up, and posted the 
VS2005 output screen instead.
So far, nobody has responded.
