Yes. There was a merge error that means the RC2 release doesn't have
it on the exact revision.

You can get the URLs for more recent tarballs here:
http://svn.secondlife.com/svn/linden/branches/viewer_1-21/doc/asset_urls.txt

The RC3 tarball version will have the Mac files in place.
