[sldev] [Announce] OpenGrid List Now Available

I have opened a new mailing list, OpenGrid at lists.secondlife.com, for  
discussions of software design and architecture related to the  
Architecture Working Group and the OpenGrid protocol.

These discussions have needed a home, and neither SLDev or Gridnauts  
were the best place for them.

RobLa and I will scold and nudge OGP-related discussion on SLDev to  
the new list.
