I was not aware of this goal when I made the changes.

It seems that artwork-common has only a subset of the artwork.
Now one needs *both* artwork-common and the artwork zip file.
Does anyone know why?

This is why I thought the artwork was required. It is on windows.

I already have some changes along these lines underway. Currently it
can be an option only on Linux and Mac. Windows requires art to build.
