[sldev] 1.23 source publishing snafu

Will there ever be a chance of having direct access to the internal
SVN server so we can see single changes?

I know that you keep the server source in the same tree, so perhaps
this could be done by moving llcommon/llmath/llprimitive etc into a
seperate repo and using SVN externals - 5 minute job.
