I think Tofu's comment on the Jira:

qualifies it for inclusion into http-texture (although Tofu didn't
explicitly mention http-texture or staking anyone's credibility).
So, since I am not a committer, and I don't know how to become a
committer, and even if I were a committer, I wouldn't know how to
commit, what happens next? Have I missed some documentation somewhere?
