[sldev] Vivox and Kakadu licensing issues.

Nevermind, I see what you mean. This is kind of bad news then, given
that there is hardly a viable alternative for Windows builds right
now. There is GStreamer, but...last I checked, GStreamer under Windows
is kind of incomplete and/or rather old, Version-wise.
