[sldev] [PATCH] Request review for SNOW-210

Hi,

Can someone review SNOW-210 for inclusion in Snowglobe so that I can  
commit it? Most of this has already gone into maint-viewer, except for  
one additional one that was introduced with a recent patch in Snowglobe.

Now that GCC-4.2 is the default compiler on Snow Leopard it would be  
nice to get this in, so that Snowglobe still compiles out of the box  
on OS X 10.6
