[sldev] Snowglobe this week

Hi guys,

I think I'll start a new tradition today releasing a short email listing the
various contributions to Snowglobe trunk as well as making sure there's a
clean recent build available for all to download and test.

This week (or rather, since 1.2.4 release), we got:
SNOW-188 <https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SNOW-188> Allow panning of the
mini-map : by AimeeT : now you can zoom in and shift-drag to see a little
beyond the boundaries of the minimap. Try to check/uncheck the "center on
camera" (in the contextual menu) to see the map recentering or not
SNOW-301 <https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SNOW-301> Update pluginapi code
so to support newest API : by Merov : pluginapi updated to the latest from
the internal branch. I'm planning now to move to the other bugs concerning
broken content. Please retest issues you may have had and, if not reported,
please log JIRA! SLURL giving the location of the broken content as well as
info on which platform you're running are essential. Thanks!
