are you saying virtual memory isn't on a harddrive?

i know both are memory, what i'm saying is to push things that are being
downgraded into a separated system, the memory of the downgraded stuff
is stored on disk, and only accessed when there is time for that

ps:tomorrow morning i'm going away on a trip, i'll be away for the
holidays, won't be able to reply till close to new year.
