Edit settings.xml, find CmdLineLoginURI and edit like so:
<key>CmdLineLoginURI</key>
<map>
<key>Comment</key>
<string>Command line specified login server and CGI prefix to
use.</string>
<key>Persist</key>
<integer>0</integer>
<key>Type</key>
<string>LLSD</string>
<key>Value</key>
<array>
<string>http://your-login-server-here</string>
</array>
</map>
