[sldev] Visual Studio 2003

I tried building my ancient viewer and the build failed, and rather than
figuring out what kind of bit rot is causing this I thought I'd just start
fresh with the 1.22 source, but I see LL has moved on to Visual Studio 2005.
Is is still possible to build the latest viewers using VS2003?
