[sldev] Upload changes as of simulator 1.27.0.124190

Is it correct that these new requirements are present in the simulator
version that's scheduled for release in only a few days?  Are these the
correct release notes?

Should changes like these be in there somewhere?  Maybe by someone who knows
more about them and can correct where my chart was wrong? :)
