[sldev] Unexpected objects return in group land

Group parcel, with N prims available. 
User 1 tries rezzing an object made of N+X prims. 
The object doesn't get prevented to rez (as I think it 
should): it gets rezzed, while other X prims are returned 
to their owner, who is not user 1, with a "because 
the parcel is full" message.

Is this expected? hope not.

As I'm going to file it on PJIRA, I looked for preexisting
reports without success - did you ever see this?
