[sldev] url format change on OSS builds + new build

I just wanted to give anyone who relies on the wiki template links to the
OSS builds a heads up that they're out of date at a moment, a new version
came out today (links below) but since the URL has changed until the
template can be updated that will be out of date and point to the older
version.
